Ingredients
for the Panna Cotta:
400 ml whipped cream
200 ml milk
80 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 sheets of gelatine (alternatively 1 packet of gelatine powder, depending on the instructions on the packet)
100 g dark chocolate
For the raspberry sauce:
200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Prepare the gelatin:
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
If you are using gelatin powder, follow the instructions on the package.
Panna cotta mixture:
In a large bowl, mix the heavy cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract together until well combined.
Divide the mixture in half.
This is the only cheesecake I’ll eat during Christmas! The best!
When these came out of the oven, my hubby couldn’t help but eat 6 all own his own!
