Preparation Method
Preheating and Spinach: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Brown the spinach in a pan with olive oil until tender.
Assembly: Lay out a sheet of lasagna. Place a slice of ham, a spoonful of spinach and a little crème fraîche. Roll gently.
Cooking: Place the rolls in a baking dish. Pour the rest of the crème fraîche on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and add a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

For a vegetarian variation, replace the ham with grilled vegetables like zucchini or eggplant.
