PREPARATION:
1st Step
Mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large basin designed for mixing. They should be well mixed together. While stirring constantly, gradually add the warm water until you have a dough that is soft and just a little bit sticky.
2nd Step
Turn the dough out onto a surface that has been gently dusted with flour. After a few minutes of light kneading, the mixture should become silky smooth, and elastic.
3rd Step
Put the dough back in the bowl it was mixed in and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Allow it to sit undisturbed for approximately a quarter of an hour. This enables the gluten to relax, which in turn causes the dough to gently rise.
4th Step
After the dough has rested, cut it into pieces about the size of a golf ball. Form a ball with each part using your hands.
