Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup chopped meats of choice (i.e. chicken breast, ground beef, ground pork, or a combination)
8 eggs, whisked
1 cup onion, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste
For the Foo Yung sauce:
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 ½ teaspoons white sugar
1 ½ cups hot water
6 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
Pro Tip: Shrimp also works very well with this dish! Vary it to your liking.
