- Oats 1 cup
- Olive oil 1tbsp
- Onion 1, chopped onion
- Garlic cloves 3, chopped

- Ground flax seeds 1tbsp
- Nutritional yeast 1 tbsp
- Salt according to taste
- Black pepper according to taste
Tomato Sauce

- Fresh tomatoes 400 grams, chopped
- Onion 1/2, finely chopped
- Carrot 1, chopped
- Celery 1, chopped
- Vegan oil 1tbsp
