We’re not talking about all the fried food that people love to eat, such as fried chicken, red hots, and deep-fried mac and cheese. No, we’re talking about fried crab legs. If you love good seafood and are looking for a meal for two, you can’t go wrong by indulging in these fried Baltimore crabs. They taste almost exactly like fried shrimp, but they have a lot more crunch.
How To Make Fried Crab Legs
There are many different ways to cook crab legs, but the basic method remains the same: breadcrumb the legs, dredge them in flour, and coat them in oil. The key here is to make sure that your flour is neither too salty nor too gooey. If you mess this up, your crab legs will be greasy and tough to eat. It’s also important to make sure that you have enough breadcrumbs so that they don’t stick to the crab legs.
