Once the steak bites are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the butter and let it melt.
Add the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the butter. Sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Combine:
Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter mixture. Let them cook for another 1-2 minutes to absorb all the flavors.
