Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the melted butter with the minced garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cut the bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic mixture inside.
Cover with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and let it brown for another 5 minutes.
Tips:
For a more intense flavor, let the bread marinate in the garlic mixture for a few minutes before putting it in the oven.
If you prefer a crispier bread, bake without the aluminum foil.
