Ingredients:
– 1 whole fish (such as sea bass, snapper, or trout), cleaned and scaled
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (for sauce)
– 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (for sauce)
