Directions:
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Divide mixture into 8 portions. Flatten each portion and wrap around a slice of ham and Swiss cheese.
Roll each filled portion into a cylinder shape.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Serve with Dijon mustard for dipping.
