1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F. Flatten biscuit dough slightly, then fry until golden brown and puffed. Drain on paper towels.
2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
3. Cook peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Cool slightly.
4. Mix peach cobbler and cheesecake together. Transfer to a piping bag.
5.Use a knife to make a small hole in each donut. Pipe in peach cobbler cheesecake filling.
6.Serve warm or cooled.
