Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent rolls and gently separate them.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on each crescent.
Add 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips on top, pressing gently into the dough.
Roll up each crescent and pinch the seam to seal.
Place crescents on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, before serving.
