How to prepare sun-dried tomatoes in oil:
Step 1
First, wash and dry the tomatoes well. Then cut them in half lengthwise and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, cut side up. Season them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and bake in a static oven at 120°C for about 10 hours.
Step 2
