🛒 Ingredients:
🍪 200 g butter cookies
🧈 100 g butter, melted
🍋 3 large lemons (zest and juice)
🥛 500 g mascarpone cheese
🍬 100 g icing sugar
🥛 200 ml whipping cream (30%)
🍮 2 teaspoons gelatine
💧 50 ml water (to dissolve gelatine)
🌟 Optional: icing sugar for sprinkling
💡 How to prepare it?
1️⃣ Preparation of the base:
Grind the cookies in a blender until finely powdered.
Add the melted butter and mix until smooth.
Line a baking tin (diameter approx. 24 cm) with baking paper, spread the cookie mixture over it and press it down well. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Lemon cream:
Grate the zest of the lemons and squeeze out the juice.
Mix the mascarpone in a bowl with the icing sugar until smooth.
Add the lemon juice and zest and mix well.
3️⃣ Add the gelatin:
Just a teaspoon, and suddenly the orchid miraculously blooms many flowers
