Instructions:
Prepare the Gravy:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
