Annonce:
The recipe calls for 1/3 cup of light brown sugar.
2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
Peel, core, and dice two big apples.
a half cup of white sugar
half a cup of melted unsalted butter
two eggs, cold or room temperature
1.5 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring
a and a half cups of ordinary flour
1 and 3/4 tablespoons of baking soda
one and a half cups of cream
As for the Varnish:
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1-2 teaspoons of cream or milk
What to do:
Turn the oven on high heat (350°F, 175°C). Line or grease a loaf pan that measures 9 by 5 inches.
Pour brown sugar and cinnamon into a bowl and stir to combine. Before setting aside, coat the chopped apples with this mixture.
Whip the butter and white sugar until light and airy. Gradually beat in the eggs, followed by the vanilla.
Mix baking powder and flour by sifting them together. Slowly incorporate into the whipped mixture while alternating with milk.
Coat the pan with half of the batter. Pour in half of the apple mixture and gently press down. Put the remaining batter on top, then top with apples.
Cook for fifty to sixty minutes. Take a moment to cool down before you put the glaze on.
Drizzle the bread with the glaze, which is made by mixing powdered sugar with milk or cream to the consistency you choose.
