The procedure
After placing these ingredients near you, start following the following steps. The first step involves the use of baking soda : fill two teaspoons of this substance and pour them on the surface of the cutting board. After completing this simple step we move on to the next phase.
The second step consists of cutting the lemon into two separate parts and < a i=4>rub it on the cutting board previously sprinkled with baking soda. This is a fundamental step to sanitize our cutting board: it will eliminate the bacteria present on the surface. Eliminating bacteria is of primary importance since the food we cut on top and then eat could be contaminated.
After rubbing the lemon, sprinkle the cutting board again with more baking soda to strengthen the disinfectant effect. Then pour in the white wine vinegar . The vinegar will cause a chemical reaction visible to the naked eye that will multiply the disinfectant effect and remove stains from your cutting board. Then rinse with running water and you will notice how much the situation has significantly improved. It will be like new.
