INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare the oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or gently coat with cooking spray.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to mix.
- In another shallow dish, lay the beaten egg.
- Dip each pork chop in the beaten egg, allowing any excess to run off, then cover equally with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to bind the crumbs to the meat. Repeat for the remaining pork chops.
- Place the greased pork chops on the prepared baking sheet, spreading them apart for uniform cooking.
- Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the pork chops, or gently coat with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the oven.
