– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 1 cup cornmeal
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 2 teaspoons salt, more for seasoning
– 1 teaspoon black pepper, more for seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional for a hint of spice)
