Instructions:
Begin by rolling out the puff pastry, covering one half with half of the sour cream, and then sprinkling half of the diced ham and grated cheese on top. Fold the uncovered side over the filled side.
Repeat the process for the other half of the dough, using the remaining sour cream, diced ham, and grated cheese. Fold the uncoated half over the toppings.
