4. At this step, you need to melt the remaining 2 tbsp.of butter in the same pan. Add the potatoes that have been boiled to the pan, distributing them around the sirloin. The fillets and potatoes are seasoned with minced garlic and fresh thyme sprigs.
5. Apply the garlic butter mixture to the sirloin and potatoes using a spatula. Remove the skillet from the heat when the steaks are cooked to your satisfaction and the potatoes are caramelized and crisp.
6. Garnish the Garlic Butter Steak and Potato Skillet with minced fresh parsley to add a splash of color and a touch of vivacity. Before slicing, allow the steaks to settle for a few minutes. This redistributes the fluids, resulting in tender and succulent flesh.
